This needs to be fixed with GRR before a judgement is made irrespective of the companies view it doesn' have to pay up BECAUSE if another cap raising by CTP after judgement then the Brokers will see up to $20M damages awarded to GRR and they will likely not take Company's view and investors will say too risky to invest into a company that could be heading into receivership. However, if CTP just settle out of court then better to make it go away and just focus on the wells which may just make or break this little minnow.
