No new gas can be delivered via NGP until NGP2 opens. Then much more than 58 TJs can be transported. At this stage new NGP2 capacity is likely around 2020. There are other sources of ( credible ) information outside of CTP. One of my points is that CTP produced information is subject to " restatement " subsequently and produces the Moving Target referred to.
