Sorry I mis-read your original post. I thought you were trying to get your 20 year old son into Bball. My bad.
The last time I played hoops at Smithfield there was the usual A/B/C .. The City comp is a lot bigger and better where as Smithfield is a bit more casual (this is going back over 10 years tho)
If you don't mid the 20 or so min drive each time you play I'd go city.
