How do people determine what they are willing to pay for it?
There are no sales and a negative EPS so you can't apply a P/E ratio but there is value there. Right now they have technology but what is that worth?
There are no appraisals of what UNS is worth as a company. That will will change when MS puts a value on it and someone is willing to buy it at that price (or part thereof).
Remember if they take on a equity partner (20% or > in rough terms) then their buy in will be based upon the appraisal and not the current share price. However what they are willing to pay for that percentage will put a price on the rest of the shares.
My buying is formed by the products they developed, projections from root analysis about the market potential of those products, and the signed contracts. However most of this is just guess work based upon potential market share and my ASSumptions.
We will soon know the value though.
