I reckon hectobar 18 to 24 months if the phase 1 project is consistent with projections by wildhorse.

The Study is of a =400 MWt Project consisting of two distinct phases - a
commercial demonstration phase followed by a large scale commercial phase:
o Phase I – Commercial Demonstration Plant - designed to have a capacity of
approximately 130MWt of syngas which will be used to supply an up to
61MWe (gross) Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant, with
both the UCG and CCGT facilities expected to be in operation in (Q4 2014)
o Phase II – Large Scale Commercial Plant - designed to have a capacity of
approximately 280 MWt of syngas, with the UCG facility to supply syngas
to a potential 130 MWe (gross) power plant. The development of this
phase will commence after the commissioning of Phase I
