    La Jolla Cove have converted 80% of their converable note into shares and sold most of them, only $198us left to go.
    The upside to this conversion is that VLA have the cash, downside is that the SP has suffered accordingly.
    They only have 4.8m left to convert which the market should be able to absorb without a dramatic fall in the SP.
    With a bit of news VLA could fly, hope so cus the La Jolla Cove guys will then miss out BIG TIME IMHO
