I've never heard of "Eddie" but I do know the Elixir CEO, Russell Langusch. Since the float and under his leadership this company has acquired acreage that is significantly superior to the initial block (hosting the Marquis prospect). The additional blocks (or part blocks) number some 15 interests with numerous Oil & Gas prospects.
The Jaguar prospect is the jewel in the crown and was "bought" rather than allocated via the UK Government DTI process. The quality of that prospect has not been endorsed by "Eddie", but by DNO and Rocksource who will be contributing 92.5% of the costs of the well for a 60% interest, which is a not insubstantial amount.
I recognise that you are a believer Techcoat, but I just thought I should qualify the issues in terms of the prospectivity of their overall portfolio of interests and the technical merits.
