    Guys I just posted on the AGO forum.

    It's possible we might be looking at a possible takeover by AGO. They already own 19.43% or WRK and have suspended their stock from trading while they work out details of a capital raising.
    However, they don't actually need the money now. They have 50 mil in the bank and low CAPEX, so it must be for an acquisition.

    With a floundering share price maybe they are looking at a formal takeover of WRK, it fits the AGO model perfectly.

    Thoughts?
