I think you would have to be more negative about this stock due to what has transpired over the past two to three months in getting these options exercised (or not exercised ...)

The timing on certain announcements, the underwriting of 50m options at a 4% discount, subsequent lack of announcements on Copper Hill before options being exercised, the timing of an AGM (days after the options being exercised, so that new shareholder would not be able to vote or send a proxy to the AGM), and the lack of announcements after September 30 all make this company look more negative than positive.

They do have cash in the bank now (surprise, surprise), and Copper Hill is still there - they are some positives in this situation at the moment.

I think its more of a "when", than "if" this stock will start moving in the right direction ...
