Well if you were not living in your PPOR on June 30th 2012 then you are up for land tax for the year 2012/13. If you are honest you can contact State Revenue and they will invoice you. In my case I had redirected mail for six months and when I wrote to them to change my mail address they sent me a new land tax bill no explaimation nothing, was only when I rang them and them asked for a review that they sent out the ruling.
