The problem with land tax is it is not levied on each indidual property. When you have multiple properties it is taxed on the total worth. Once the total value exceeds $2.4 mil it W.A. the rate skyrockets. Share portfolios over $2.4 do not pay $13,000pa Good reason to not have too many properties.
