    We need buyers not just good news (I am aware good news creates interest/ new buyers) BUT... With good news everyone goes oh great were going to the teens! Who is actually prepared to buy a parcel to push it up? Who is going to invest that hasnt already? are we ALL too AVB heavy at the moment?

    Are traders the only ones making money controlling the SP buying on hope increasing faith then dumping on news?

    As I see it since the dramatic increase in price late last year everyone has been watching this share if not buying but now where are we?
