Well, I say again, it's very possible.

Once a finance deal is done, the balance sheet will be nice and clean for a corporate T.O.

If the Japanese / Koreans are to acquire a economically sound production PCI/Coking coal asset is to do so before coal prices go through the roof in the next bull cycle.

COK is a prime T.O target IMO.
