    'Access to high quality expoloration , development or production opportunites' as a JVer with Challenger is of enviable value by itself ...imo.

    This will rocket on the right news , and the track record of those behind RIA and the relationships developed so far suggests the news will likely add considerable value.....imo.

    Id say we will be well thru a buck short-term , and maybe $2 as long as the capital structure stays tight....
    imo.
