Yes, CVN is at bargain basement prices today.. 12.5 could be a little to ambitious, but 14.5 is a great buy in or top up. Also RIAO would be great to buy under 30c but It's way to hard to buy a significant amount.. just topping up.
YGL is another stock to add to the portfolio.. YGL has gone from Gold to Oil and after doing some research, it seems that they have some rather large plans. I believe all three stocks (CVN,RIA,YGL) have something in common which is that they all have high potential to climb very quickly. Also have a look at the major holders in each stock and you might find something very interesting...
