The below extract is from page 6. of the Deloitte Explanatory Statement document which is dated 25/02/20:
Also, the Deloitte letter dated 30/04/20 confirms that the Section 444GA court order was made on the 23/04/20.
The combination of the info in the documents dated 25/02/20 & 30/04/20 might be enough evidence to prove that you are no longer the owner of MOY shares & received nil consideration from the transfer of share ownership to IMC (and/or its nominees). Just my opinion & not legal or financial advice.
Hope the above Deloitte info is of some assistance in finding a pathway to claiming a tax loss.
