    Just adding to my previous reply post in relation to your question about claiming a tax loss (i.e. in circumstances when no declaration is made by the liquidator or administrator as per what happened to MOY & the court making an order regarding the Section 444GA application), the ATO website appears to have some info that might be useful (refer below link)
