I have a well known legal firm in mind but I think it would be helpful to diligently compile a chronological file to present the substance of the claim.

Eg - MOY Announcements during the past two years or so. (116 Reports Commsec).

That's a lot for one person to download.

Any volunteers to help spread the work load?

Relevant References (Report Title/ Paragraph #) I think would be helpful.

Any other relevant (inside) information would also be helpful.

Better sooner than later before it all disappears.

Have you received your letter from Deloittes

It says to get all your questions ready and sent to Sam at Deloitte's before the 18th of March so that the judge can attend to them

I have raised my concerns with him relating to the accuracy of the shareholder list they published...I do not believe for one minute it's correct as you can see by reading my posts

Another thing that should be highlighted for the judge's review is all of the ASX announcements relating to how well things were progressing over the last 18 months or so
