Ive been caught up in the MOY saga too and I think its critical we all send our objections to the DOCA proposal for the record. follow it up with phone calls too.

It seems obvious in hindsight that IMC have positioned themselves to take control of a valuable asset on the cheap. Whether they had help or not from management is a valid question that needs answering but inside access to company information as a major shareholder and creditor no doubt put them at an unfair advantage to the rest of us once the conflict of interest crystalised.

The DOCA is the path for IMC to complete their steal and needs to be opposed by all minority shareholders for the record.

With gold at record AUD prices there are no doubt better ways to liquidate this company that would involve substantial cents on the dollar returns to ALL shareholders not just the majority IMC. The liquidator needs to take this into account lest they be held liable.

Yes minority shareholder oppression action would be a path to consider IMHO and threatening it in your opposition to DOCA would be useful also.

They are counting on apathy and an unwillingness to fund opposition to make the path easy. Lets not allow it.
