So who has written their letter for the DOCA and sent it in?
Speaking to the director of another company i con provide the following suggestions for your DOCA letters;

• Volume does matter so the more letter sent in the better. The judge has to look at them
• Don't just say its bullshit we've lost our money
• Suggest that it is suspicious that the major shareholder had a seat at the board, knew inside information. Could have made an on market bid for the take over but pulled funding and now getting it without any consideration for the other shareholders.
• Warren the new director provided many announcements regarding the stages to improve the company. An update was due on this meaning shareholders were waiting with bated breath before the company was placed in administration. This locked our choices away and allowed IMC to get the company without the remaining 50% shareholder consideration
• Suggest that IMC should negotiate consideration with remaining shareholders or should pay 50% of the total value they are in it for to the remaining shareholders. Eg IMC got the company for 56 million then a further 28 million should be paid to the remaining shareholders.

Additional rumors on the street include IMC not being very happy with Peter Cash and potentially filing a suit against him.
