Around the appointment of the new CEO Peter Cash I went a little bit through the website of MOY and found quiet interesting presentation at the RIU Explorers Conference.
    You can find it here:
    http://www.millenniumminerals.com.au/investors/presentations/

The presentation was already held by Peter Cash
A main part of the presentation focussed on their plan to treat the fresh ore (which is most of the mineral reserve and also the typ of ore you get from deep drilling). They already got 85+% recovery on the ore of Bartons and also from Shearer. On Slide 17 Mr Cash explained basically the strategy for the next 12 months (cause he also mentioned that they plan to mine the first ore from high grade fresh ore till december/christmas).
Scoping Study for treatment of fresh ore in Q1. Then directly afterwards a Feasibilty Study. They expect capital expenditures from around 20 to 30 Mil.

I see here a difference to Mr Dovaston. He started the deep drilling but as I understood from previous presentations he was more focussed on the shallow pits as the results from drilling where so positive.

So I think going forward we will see MOY pushing to treat the high grade fresh ore with a higher recovery as soon as possible, because by that way we should see a good growth in production with the existing plant. It is hard to say how high the grades are, when you mine the ore, but I think the result from recent drilling give an indication that they should at least get something aroung 2gr to 3gr a tonne. So lets see what the Scoping Study in the next weeks brings us.
