my understanding is options remain valid untill the exercise date despite any consolidation of course the option value will also increase in line with the new share price after the consolidation, and the amount of options will be consolidated to a lower number.
Probably just not showing up on your screen untill they have all this consolidation stuff fixed up

But I am not giving financial advice just my perspective, the ASX can be tough on punters but they have not got to the level of taking away your options without a valid reason.
Not sure how the exercise price will be changed, but it shoudl all be quid pro co.
