No. The good people of Tanzania want to progress there stable economy.They are entrusting a few to help them.
I am excited for them. I have seen this happen in Malaysia, where a progressive Government wants to succeed and elevate there country.
I wish them well for the opportunity. (And the Ports and Roads!)
