if it was not for all of that mentioned the stock would be full priced at 2-3$ at the moment, its not obviously... market knows those numbers and set the price with those unfortunate circumstances factored in, it is what it is..

In these extraordinary times conventional rules of trading are not working and will not for some time, its time for good opportunity to take jewels out of dirt, i wish you find one before its too late..
