There are subsidiary regulations/definitions to be passed so some clauses are still obscure in meaning
but there are at least Two[2] "concerning" Sections
IPO which is shares must be floated on the Local Mozambique Exchange. How many? What percent? Held by Who? that's in the unreleased Regulations.
Local Supply of Goods and Services. This seems to give preference if not sanction to local MUST be used even if the most expensive. A tightening up of this standard clause. A hit at Low Costs?
