Geez Prime1, here you are telling MNS holders to read the Tanzania Laws (saying you have done so) yet you appear not to have read the MOZ laws????

For your benefit, The Mining Law 20/2014 of 18 Aug 2014, (an unofficial English version) promulgated on 22 Aug 2014 replacing Mining Law 14/2002 in Mozambique.

What SYR holders need to know is whether a "Mining Contract" with the govt has been entered into, and what those "conditions" are - particularly "State participation in the mining venture" and "Minimum local content"
