Could be that this local buy "law" is affecting the release of the DFS ?
Could be the SYR Mining License is "void" or has to be reapplied for under this Act/
Seen there is an additional 3 stages to a Mining Licence now.
Googled Mozambique Mining Act 2014 and came up with a half dozen entries.
No update on the Regulations issuing in the 90 days after this passed [90 days would be November]
SYR's got Mike Mennel [heart] as their Poster in and on Africa, hope he's not too hung over to comment.
and of course Prime 1 was up and at 'em this morning at MNS so he should be sober.
What else? oh no Capital Cost figure of US$100mil I could see like Tanzania so SYR/TON even MTA "caught". There was some stuff on one had to Explore/Drill tenements in a time frame NOT land bank them but that won't matter to the Aussies.
Of course this Mining Act hasn't been framed for Mozambique Graphite especially but more so for Coal and Gas. Homeland Mozzie processing could apply to them? I think the processing of graphite[ and vanadium] by separation to 90/94% should be enough under this so the export to end users for further refining should be allowed but I wonder if Prime 1 could give us the Definitive Answer on all these aspects?
or maybe matt72 we could email Credit Suisse analysts direct?
but no/ they're biased, company shills.
much better independent Prime1 gives us d'Word!!
ohh baited, baited breathe I we await.
