Overnight PSA's jv partner in MP 19 sold all of its material US oil and gas
interests.
The new owner is paying US$67.5 million for approximately 1,300 BOEPD v
PSA's enterprise value (ev) which is of the order of A$200 million for
approximately 9,000 BOEPD ... on a pro rata basis PSA's ev should be A$467+
million in which case the market value should be A$400 million versus the
current market capitalization of only A$147 million i.e. 2.7 times the
current share price of only 95.5 cents
