Don't forget to point out that the idea of reserving some of the coal seam gas (CSG) for domestic consumption at less than international prices will cost Australia and Queensland large $$$$$ of lost export revenue.
Lost profit and government revenue can be avoided by not reserving CSG and by Australians paying international rates for the resource (my preferred option and the reason I am investing heavily in solar power).
The cost to individuals and businesses can be minimized by using underground gasified coal (UCG) for most purposes (power generation and chemical feed stock).
