The statement that this is "pitting MP and Lynas" against one another is an opinion.
This is very positive for Lynas, in my opinion. Exactly what they need. XXROW needs Lynas to have peers. One hole in the ground being jealously guarded by Japan is not going to do it. We need XXROW resource development.
