Don't worry mate Andrews makes me sick as well. After 9 years and a tonne of debt we only have a couple (more like 1.5) decent infrastructure builds to show for it. Pretty poor when you look at Sydney's progress over the same period.
We seem to have been cursed with inept state governments here in Vic since I dunno when... many decades though.
