ITs raining so a little extra time decided to look at the two Publics offerings coming up by MP.
On Page 126 of https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1801368/000119312521094467/d42119d424b5.htm#rom48477_20 is a list of current stock holders. Some interesting points.
Offering price is USD 35 while current stock price is 30 it will be interesting to see if offers are withdrawn or lowered my guess lowered. The stock was at ~ USD 45 the day before and after announcement but dropped to 38 day of announcement.
Almost all the sellers are selling all their shares. Guess they don't think it is going higher.
Some sellers are selling more shares then they own I would really like to know how that works.
It is only 6M shares out of 170M outstanding.

47,539,477 26.4%
is offering 47.5M shares which is 26% of company????I have sold shares at an IPO there are always some more offered than planed but never have I seen this big of a difference
