I don't think the guidance is ambitious -- it looks pretty conservative to me.
They're guiding the current quarter to almost $10m in EBITDA ($40m annualised), and the guidance for FY24 is $41-46m. Seems they should be able to hit that pretty easily unless they make some major mistakes somewhere. I imagine they purposely set the guidance light so it was easy to hit.
