Wow does not surprise to see the SP still ~0.009, why, because of the garbage being discussed.
Read through the recent posts and chats and that is the substantiation for above statement.
However, good to see the final report to be submitted on 19th Dec 2017.
IMO this report could ONLY be an important step in the MPA process.
Still this may not add any value to assess the company's potential.
MPA is ONLY A framework and could be used to identify the responsibilities of who does what and the associated revenue.
Then comes the individual agreements which IMO are far more important to assess the value of the product and the company which could happen over next few years.
Till then all kind of back of the envelope calculations could help guestimate the revenue, liability etc., at the best.
My guestimation for MPA ready to be signed could be around April 2018. Did I mention the year 2018? Very optimistic but the track record of ECT and Indian government does not support the optimism though!!!!
