Yes, let's get ahead of ourselves again! Remember the TPA signing- and didn't that live up to expectations set by shareholders on HC?
I fear the MPA will be obfuscated code for "another agreement to discuss a framework to eventually work towards a discussion regarding the submission of the new framework agreement to the United Nations". i.e. not enough to attract investors but enough to keep existing shareholders fed with a new carrot.
Am I sounding cynical!?
