I'm so disappointed to hear of this acquisition.
Some years ago I invested in MPH and thought that company had potential....it does not. Now having invested in DES its a shame to hear that I potentially have invested in MPH again.
I do not see how this at all will be a fit for DES, MPH sells DVD's to retailers and its movie library is fairly poor in terms of big budget films. Even if DES attempts to digitalise it and make the contents available online there is nothing in MPH movie vault I would pay to watch. While maybe eps positive the acquisition is a poor choice I think, should have used the cash to get a further stake in Quickflix.
