clearly plenty of testing to take place after the system is put into place - so long as the Marine Corps pay good commercial rates for what is a contract to perform tests, then this could represent good pre-fullscale-rollout revenues - then after testing is complete and adjustments made, we should expect a contract for fullscale production revenues
I didn't see any timelines provided for the testing and when it is hoped to be completed, but going by the various standards they have established for each type of test, they appear to know exactly what they will be doing at every step, so scheduling appears to be the only issue
I note the Program Manager is a Mr. Eric Miller - should someone come across his email address, then perhaps a short note asking him for an update on the expected date for contract award might produce some welcome information - I've done this in the past and been quite surprised with the candid responses received.
