Adder - Thanks for clarifying again the Quarters for US 'fiscal year 2013. This is important in the Australian context as our Quarters/financial years are quite different.

Combining that info with the updated colour chart you posted earlier for the MPM-NLWS Program Schedule - we find the latest RFP for the Engineering & Manufacturing Development stage is Q3 2012 i.e. 'now' April-Jun 2012; and the MPM-NLWS Contract Award (one outfit winner - hopefully MST - to get on with the initial 312 units, I recall) is Q1 2013 - which is actually Oct-Dec 2012, and if the Chart is accurate it looks like October '12.

Am I interpreting that OK by you?
