still think i have a good idea of the big pic, but not the nuts and bolts of such company transactions.
can ya blame me for seeing that deal as questionable?
all i did was ask a question, and have thus far not recieved a reasonable explanation.
for instace, why not include a clawback clause?
of course the recent market activity is not dependent on that outcome, as it has already being decided.
i just wanted to discuss a specific related topic. and most people i know wouldn't even be interested in discussing the term market cap; so in all honesty, thought to approach the h/c membas.

i appreciate your posts on this topic, as well as all the other contributors.
