Noellyn...l was more so just jumping on the bandwagon like many here, frustrated, Management, SP, options, performance etc.

i actually had a close look at the two options that were in the money, 33c and 85c?

Now have l got this right, they have set up incentive options for the year 2013 varying from about $1.20 to $1.50. 2012 average is about $1.50 and 2011 its either $1.20 or $2.00.

i know this has been discussed before....but there really isn`t a great incentive there from where we are now to 3 years time and considering some of these options have been around short and a long time...or am i misunderstanding all of this.
