I have got in touch with the CS and I was advised that, when he queried the MD about it, he was told that they have never heard of such a thing.

Anyway I am not going to stop there and I will request it in writing this time, if I am able to get the Chairman or MD's direct address that is.

I am very concerned as well, (based solely on my previous experiences in having dealt with NA companies), about what could happen to us all. I am also concerned about having the Chairman, the MD and everyone else over there, while being registered and under the control of the ASX. Just in case you forgot it Tahi, we were supposed to be listing in NA quite a while back but, after having spent a lot of money there trying to do it, everything died in the rear end.

If I will get any response from them, I will notify the Forum.
