Do you happen to know how they price their services? Am I right in saying they don’t own (currently) the underlying energy assets, so their higher margin revenue is up front on project design, build, implement etc. and some maintenance / ongoing servicing (presumably lower margin services).
Do you know anything about the battery tech? VRBs seem perfect for this.
