    Reduced distribution confirmed at $1.75 per
    quarter (18 %)
    Gearing level at around 25% and reducing
    85 % of properties in Australia

    This is trust that invests in unlisted and listed
    trusts and is evenly spread with no great exposer to
    any one company
    I dont think it gets any better than this
