Gearing of 25% is misleading as presumably the trusts it holds are also geared.
For example, it had a small holding in the dreaded Rubicons.
"Look through" gearing is presumably well over 50%.
I fear that further distribution down grades will occur.
Certainly that is what the market price is saying - the distribution will downgrade to below 5c per unit.
