Look I understand your frustration but I've gotta say that I am a punter and I have to accept the risks. I honestly can't understand berwick07 who seems to think he knows or can predict how long it will take. Either you know or you don't know. You can't take a stab at it.
If you invest in countries like the phillipines you've got to cop the risks.It is not a problem that you can shoot home to Pelican it comes with the territory.
At the moment Lito Atienza is off in Singapore talking up mining in the phillipines at some asian mining conference or talkfest. Does this mean he's about to do the right thing by pelican? Damned if I know but he might. Who knows?
