    HDR have just given me a delightful after lunch report. It looks to me as though we will see production from Mputa, possibly as early as June 2006. Oil could be trucked to the nearest refinery to start a cash flow and save overseas currency for Uganda.

    HDR now look VERY CHEAP INDEED at prices up to $2.50
