Heremes, it appears you lower high and low got taken out along with your theory, you should look at a chart, post sensibly and not talk rubbish re your post below.
Have a look at buy signals/charts i have posted in may 05 and after the latest gap down to 1.71, also called the short term oil top.

Buddy, if it fails to take out todays high this week HDR would have most likely confirmed another lower high and a continuation of the downtrend will continue.
I am not going to downramp nor ramp it! But I have been in thes game long enough and I know what I see.. take it or leave it!
