did anyone else notice that the CEO of Macquarie EMEA region quit after a month in the job ?
Maybe it was the realisation that they have made a loss there for 3 years and the pivate equity /infrastructure/ leveraging up asset heavy business model is OVER.
Unless MQG start really strapping on some proprietary risk there will be major disappointments to come as commission business and IB fees are just not there ....anyone on the institutional side of the business will tell you this if you bother to ask.
Paying 20x trailing for this stock is INSANE
