Just a clarification after reading FarmerRic’s post. It’s only the franking credit that is affected if you don’t keep the shares for 45 days.
In this divvy’s case that credit is 40%.
It might be worth sacrificing that %age if Xi starts trouble with Taiwan (which is what he’s hinting at).
