I have no idea, I am just a mushroom retail investor ... However, the large infrastructure fund arm is in its own corporate vehicle and would be a very tasty item to sell/divest if you took over the whole group. Apparently it makes much more than the rest of the group and so the parts may be worth more than the whole atm.
